Bartender

Hiring experienced Bartenders to come join our City Streets Team!

Responsibilities:

• Creating a warm and welcome to everyone and setting the tone for each guest’s experience
• Prepare and serve drinks following proper pour guidelines, and highlight promotions to guests
• Greeting & serving guests in a timely fashion
• Responsible for guests at bar as well as high top tables.  They should both receive the same great level of service
• Communication & teamwork with fellow co-workers
• Adheres to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintains appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items
• Set up your bar – stock up on all the supplies you’ll need (fruit, glasses, garnishes etc.), Manage your inventory and make sure all your equipment works
• Change beer kegs when necessary 
• Daily Set-up, Closing & Daily side-work duties
• Restocking, putting liquor away, breaking down boxes, etc.
• Thorough knowledge of menu & specials
• Thorough knowledge of liquor/ beer/ wine
